Registration, Meals and Accommodation

Accommodation
There are 2 types of accommodation available to us within the College - En-suite and Standard Rooms. Twin en-suite bedrooms are also available.  Every room can have a direct dial telephone on request from the Porter, data point, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. All bedrooms are serviced every day by the renowned Cambridge 'bedders'. The rooms are in a traditional courtyard style, overlooking peaceful attractive gardens

College accommodation can be be booked at the same time as registering via the link below.

The En-suite rooms are located in New Court (see map below).



These rooms have a shower, toilet and wash basin and cost £67.00 per night.

There are a small number of twin en-suite rooms available in New Court and these cost £95.00 per night per room.

The Standard Rooms have a shower and wash basin. Toilets are available on the same floor. The rooms are situated in Fellows Court and cost £46.00 per night.

NB: If your travel plans mean that you will arrive in Cambridge on Friday, 30 March 2012 or if you wish to stay on Monday night, 2 April 2012, we are holding a number of rooms but would advise early booking .

Meals
All meals can be provided in College from Dinner on Friday evening to Lunch on Monday. The costs of the meals are listed below. Lunches will comprise a selection of finger buffet items including sandwiches, baked potatoes with a selection of hot and cold fillings, soup and crusty bread rolls, dessert, fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Costs
All delegates must pay a registration fee.

Early Registration Fee
Members Registration Fee - £90.00
Non-members Registration Fee - £135.00
Postgraduate Student Registration Fee - £60.00

After 1st March 2012 the Registration fees will be:
Members Registration Fee - £125.00
Non-members Registration Fee - £170.00
Postgraduate Student Registration Fee - £85.00


Daily Delegate Rate
This rate includes the following - Registration Fee, Coffee, Lunch & Tea and is only available to delegates who are NOT staying at Fitzwilliam College. The cost is £75.00 per day (£120.00 per day if booked after 1 March 2012).

Accommodation costs
Please note that Full English Breakfast is included in the cost of your room

En-suite Room - £67.00 per night
Twin En-suite Room - £95.00 per night per room
Standard Room - £46.00 per night

Meals
Lunch - £10.00 per day (available on Saturday, Sunday & Monday). See note above under Meals.
Dinner - £18.50 per day (available on Friday, Saturday & Monday)
BASEES Annual Dinner - £41.00 - This dinner takes place on Sunday evening. There will be a reception before the dinner and all wine is included in the cost of this special meal.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit or debit card during on-line registration. Payments by cheque or bank transfer can also be made after registration. Cheques can only be accepted in GBP. If you wish to pay by bank transfer you must email [email protected] for full details, even if you have previously paid by bank transfer. All bookings should be made via the website, including anyone who has been awarded financial support to attend.

Children
Unfortunately Fitzwilliam College is unable to accept residents under the age of 18. if you are accompanied by one or more children then please make use of one the hotels or guesthouses in Cambridge.

Terms and conditions
No refunds will be given after 1st March 2012. Substitution of registered delegates by other people is allowed at no charge until 29 March 2012.
